Ron Henderson
President
Ron Henderson became President of Lionel Henderson Co., Inc. in 2015 to continue his focus on helping governmental agencies meet their performance goals. Ron brings extensive public and private sector experience in organizational design, management and administrative services, performance improvement, and customer service.
Prior to assuming the leadership role at LH, Ron formed the Henderson Group, a management and staffing services company supporting multiple government agencies. He also served as Director of Compensation for AT&T, where he designed compensation and incentive programs affecting over 400,000 employees. He also spent 15 years working in performance and management improvement at Southern Company working to identify and integrate acquisitions.
In between his time at Southern Company and AT&T, Ron was a performance enhancement consultant, helping senior executives achieve their performance objectives. Ron’s clients have included Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and IBM.
Bernie McKeithan
Project Manager
Bernie McKeithan is responsible for Lionel Henderson Inc.’s oversight and management of the FEMA DSA NFIP call center contract. His responsibilities include managing information technology, executing cloud-based technology for customers IVR, CRM, and Workforce Management systems. He also oversees the facility management areas for the direct facility servicing contract. He has extensive knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program and is a motivated, proven professional with over 18 years of experience in project management and administration, planning, and analysis. He also has over 35 years of combined Customer Service Management- supporting the US State Department, Delta Airlines, Department of Navy Air and Sea Systems Command as well as FEMA. He has proven the ability to manage multiple projects and to influence business processes and policy through effective communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
Veronica Washington Robinson
Program Manager
Veronica Washington Robinson is a Program Manager with over 20
years of leadership experience in government contracting. She has
managed a broad array of projects in industries ranging from
Insurance, and Defense, to Labor. Her experience includes Operation
and Project/Program Management, Office Design and
Implementation, Strategic Planning, Human Capital Management,
Process Improvement, Organizational Planning, and Contract
Management. Veronica’s belief is that project management success
is as much about leading people as it is about managing tasks,
events and processes.
Alanna Smith
Human Resources Director
Alanna Smith is responsible for recruiting, human resources, benefits administration, and 401(k) administration. She has a background dedicated to numerous roles, all of which have revolved around Human Resources. She has over 10 years of experience specializing in recruiting and securing high level, cleared staff for domestic and overseas federal contracts and projects. She is accomplished in compensation structure, workforce improvements, and has an exceptional understanding of Customer Service and Employee Relations. . She has Professional Human Resources and SHRM-CP certifications.
Kenneth Dandy
Director of Accounting and Finance
Kenneth Dandy is the Director of Accounting and Financial Services of Lionel Henderson, Inc. He is responsible for advising on fiscal matters, overseeing the annual budget, coordinating external audits, administering the monthly financial reports, developing pricing and cost proposals, supervising staff and managing the day-to-day financial and corporate operations. Mr. Dandy has over 27 years of experience in the federal government contracts industry. He has previously held a variety of positions including Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Accounting Manager and Director of Finance/Contracts. Mr. Dandy also provided consulting services to small businesses in the areas of accounting and finance. Mr. Dandy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Savannah State University.
Vincent VanLear
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Vincent provides marketing, leadership, and strategy regarding the identification and capture of new business. This includes the development of relationships with clients and business partnerships. He brings over 20 years of professional experience and progressively capture experience in the federal market place.
Prior to joining Lionel Henderson, Inc. Vincent honed his federal business capture experience working with a variety of federal integrators. In the 90s Vincent was part of the federal division of UNISYS Corp., focused on critical systems needed at the laboratories and facilities within at the U.S Dept. of Energy. Many of these systems included solutions supporting the management and control of petroleum, gas and nuclear energy sources. Following this exposure, Vincent went on to support the C4ISR requirements for the defense sector as a business development executive with Booz Allen Hamilton. During this period Vincent supported the development of mission critical solutions for Army, Air Force and special clients such as DISA, DLA and SOCOM. The experience supporting mission critical systems enabled Vincent to successfully support the critical requirements needed in the federal health market. Working as the Director of BD for LCG Systems, Vincent supported the mission critical systems within NIH, CMS and the CDC. Vincent has also supported the federal markets need for cloud solutions. As the Director of BD for CoreSphere, Vincent led the company’s drive to expand its core business offering of cloud solutions to the federal market. Cloud solutions were provided to Treasury, GSA and HHS.
Vincent studied Liberal Science from Georgetown University and continues of his education development via a Business Administration degree program at UMUC. Vincent also is involved in several federal associations focused on improving the relationship between government and contractors which will lead to better understand and requirements.
